A dedicated Designer will guide you in crafting a meaningful, custom piece, incorporating elements like stone healing, numerology, birthstone symbolism, and mixed metals.

Together via video and a graphic menu, you’ll explore over 60 chain styles, weights, and metals, and we’ll help you select the best combinations for your style and lifestyle.

You’ll also be guided through our gemstone library of 180+ natural stones, including healing and birthstones, to find the perfect touch for your piece.

Have a tailor’s measuring tape, string and ruler, or print our provided ruler beforehand. We’ll help you take accurate wrist measurements and discuss your ideal fit. Adjustments can always be made later!

If you’d like your piece to be permanent, we’ll help you find a local jeweler or offer complimentary welding at any LOVE SARO studio.

Once finalized, your Designer will create a custom quote and we’ll begin crafting your piece—whether you’d like to be part of the creation or leave it a surprise.

All shipments are fully insured, and your Designer will stay in touch throughout the entire process to ensure everything is seamless.
