LOVE SARO JEWELRY Designer

(Apprenticeship to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a creative, people-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as a Designer. This position starts with a paid Apprenticeship, typically lasting 4-8 weeks depending on your availability, with the potential to transition to a full-time role. We seek candidates who thrive in client-facing roles, are empathetic team players, and demonstrate grit, adaptability, and an exceptional work ethic.

This position is based in the Boulder/Denver area. Flexibility to commute to and work at both studios is preferred. Full-time availability is preferred, including weekends (required).

What You’ll Do

As a Designer, you will lead the client experience from start to finish while crafting custom permanent fine jewelry in our studios or at events. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALES LEADERSHIP

  • Work directly with clients to design custom permanent jewelry, offering expert guidance on our extensive collection of over 60 chain types and 200 genuine stone charm types.

  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional clientelling, including recording client information in our CRM, photographing new creations for social media, and encouraging repurchases.

  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, cross-sell products, and meet personal sales goals while ensuring LOVE SARO standards are met.

2. Studio & Inventory Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable studio environment, including stocking supplies, equipment maintenance, cleaning, etc.

  • Manage chain inventory and responsibly handle materials, including organizing links and assisting with periodic audits.

3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Lead by example to inspire team members, sharing best practices and offering hands-on mentorship to Apprentices and Hosts.

  • Support mock appointments and training exercises for new team members to maintain our high standards.

4. Operations & Studio Performance

  • Monitor your personal Square schedule and communicate updates to management.

  • Partner with management to identify and address business opportunities in the Colorado region.

    - What You’ll Bring -

we’re looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates graceful multitasking, accuracy and efficiency under pressure.

  • Has very steady hands and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for jewelry design.

  • Thrives in a dynamic, self-directed environment and takes ownership of their work with minimal supervision. If you perform best with structured, hands-on management, this role may not be the best fit.

  • Loves working with people and building meaningful connections in a collaborative environment.

  • Feels comfortable leading small groups (8-10 clients) with confidence.

  • Exhibits strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills.

  • Is self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to learn in a dynamic, startup environment.

  • Can regularly lift 20 pounds and commutes to the Boulder or Cherry Creek studio daily.

What You’ll Get

  • The opportunity to be part of a small, tight-knit team where your contributions make a meaningful impact every day.

  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow, learn, and wear many hats, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

  • The chance to collaborate with creative, inspiring individuals who are passionate about their craft and the connections they create.

  • Deeply fulfilling work, helping people heal, celebrate milestones, and create tangible, meaningful memories through jewelry.

  • A front-row seat to the joy and magic of being a part of your clients’ most special moments.

Note: Apprenticeship candidates with full-time availability will have the opportunity to complete the training phase more quickly.
