20 Q’S WITH JENNA

  1. Where are you from? Sunny Southern California

  2. Gold or silver? Gold!

  3. Favorite gemstone and why? Tanzanite is my favorite at the moment. Sourced directly from Tanzania, this gorgeous stone enhances the wearer's intuitive qualities and paves the path for clear and peaceful communication with oneself and others. Aside from it's incredible healing properties, the purple hue of Tanzanite has my heart!

  4. Piece of clothing or accessory you cannot live without? Is there a story behind it? I cannot live without my floral midi dresses! Flowers bring me so much joy as they remind me of home. Over many years, my parents have worked together to create the most beautiful English rose garden at my childhood home. Each time I go home, my Mom and Dad are SO excited to walk me through the gardens and share about all the pretty flowers that they've planted since my last visit. It feels like a fairytale walking through their garden they designed together with hundreds of garden roses, dahlias, citrus trees, and more. My floral midi dresses are a nod to our connection through flowers and the joy they bring to our family and friends.

  5. Most sentimental piece of jewelry and the story behind it? My engagement ring holds a lot of sentiment as it celebrates each year that my fiancé and I have been together. We designed it together with my future mother-in-law, which was truly special in many ways.

  6. When I am not in the studio you can find me..? Creating gorgeous events and playing outside! I'm incredibly grateful to do what I love each day here and at Marigold Events, my event planning business!

  7. Food you can always eat? I could eat sushi every day of my life!

  8. Sweet or savory? Savory!

  9. Coffee order? Grande coconut milk latte with an extra shot.

  10. Guilty pleasure? Popcorn - Especially caramel popcorn at the movie theaters.

  11. Go-to cocktail? A classic margarita with tajín - chef's kiss!

  12. Favorite vacation? I studied abroad in Barcelona for six months in college and it was life changing. Moving to a new place without knowing a soul and completely immersing myself in the culture expanded my perspective in so many ways as I made friends from all over the world and traveled to ten countries while I was abroad. I'm forever grateful for this experience!

  13. Favorite time of day? I'm a morning person through and through :) Something about a morning routine - workout, gratitude journal, coffee - makes me very happy. I feel my creative energy shining this time of day.

  14. What can you not live without? My family is my heart and soul!

  15. Go-to workout? Running outside is my favorite way to start the day.

  16. First tattoo? I don't have any tattoos, only permanent jewelry ;)

  17. Favorite piece of art & why? My brother's drawings and artwork from childhood. As a little girl, I was always inspired by my brother's ability to pick up a pencil and draw just about anything with so much ease and talent. Looking up to him, I spent a lot of time creating pretty things from artwork to jewelry and every DIY project in between. I'm so thankful my Mom has saved all of our artwork over the years - I love revisiting those pieces and reminiscing.

  18. What inspires you? People inspire me! Learning about what fills their hearts with joy and celebrating their unique story always inspires me :) Designing intentional events that share their stories is the cherry on top!

  19. What do you love most about Colorado? I love the fall in Colorado. It is absolutely magical being in the mountains when the Aspen trees lining the mountains are all shades of golden.

  20. What else should we know about you? I started my career in finance. My creative heart wanted more, so I accepted an opportunity to be an event planner at a company that plans celebrity parties in Hollywood. I quickly fell in love with the event planning world and felt at home. Fast forward after the pandemic, I became a planner in the wedding industry then moved from California to Colorado, planning weddings all over the states. Now I have my own event planning company and design fine jewelry! The best of both worlds! It's been a journey and I'm grateful for each step on my path.
