Every custom piece begins long before the jewelry is created. It begins with listening deeply, asking meaningful questions, understanding a client’s story, educating them on the possibilities, and confidently guiding them toward a piece they’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Because of this, we’re looking for someone who is equally passionate about people, sales, and design.
The LOVE SARO Design Apprenticeship is a paid, immersive training program designed for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in fine jewelry design, consultative luxury sales, and client experience.
This structured apprenticeship typically lasts 6–8 weeks and is intentionally designed to develop exceptional designers, not rush people through training.
Working alongside our senior designers, you’ll receive comprehensive training in consultative luxury sales, permanent jewelry, gemstone education, welding, craftsmanship, custom design, and the LOVE SARO client experience.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, individuals who demonstrate technical proficiency, sales excellence, and alignment with our culture become eligible to transition into a full-time LOVE SARO Designer position.
This is a full-time opportunity. Full-time availability is required throughout the apprenticeship.
Applicants must also be able to train in both our Boulder Headquarters and Cherry Creek Studio.

The Studio Assistant is the heartbeat of our Boulder Headquarters.
This role supports every part of our daily operations, allowing our designers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, helping maintain inventory, prepare appointments, support photography, coordinate projects, organize our studio, and ensure every detail behind the scenes reflects the LOVE SARO standard.
This position is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and finds satisfaction in creating calm through thoughtful systems.
