LOVE SARO RETURN POLICY

At Love Saro, each piece we create is crafted with care, intention, and personal meaning. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we have distinct return guidelines for in-studio and online purchases:

ONLINE PURCHASES

We accept returns only on pieces purchased online with a clasp (non-permanent jewelry).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and will be carefully evaluated by our team upon receipt.

If the piece shows signs of wear or damage, we will connect with you to discuss and agree upon a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Clients are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the item must be insured for its full value. Shipping MUST be trackable, with signature required. If a return is not shipped according to these specific guidelines, the purchaser will be held liable. 

To initiate a return, please contact orders@lovesaro.com and include your order number in the subject line of the email. 

IN-STUDIO CUSTOM CREATIONS

All in-studio (including virtual studio) custom pieces are FINAL SALE.

This includes all chains and charms, as we custom measure, cut, and weld each piece to your personal specifications.

Once charms are welded into your design or a chain is customized for you, they are considered yours for life.

We believe in the beauty of evolution — we encourage you to grow with your jewelry over time, adding or switching links and stones as your story unfolds.

However, once your materials are purchased and customized, they are non-returnable.

The good news? High-quality materials are made to last forever!
