Custom jewelry doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, creating a meaningful, intentional piece with LOVE SARO can happen from wherever you are - your couch, your favorite coffee shop, or even across the country. Whether you're designing in person or virtually, the experience remains just as personal and special.
Some of the most heartfelt bonds I’ve built with clients have actually come from virtual sessions. There’s a unique kind of trust and communication that comes from designing together online. It’s proof that beautiful, custom jewelry can come to life no matter the distance.
Here’s how it works:
First, we connect on your why. What does this creation mean to you, what does it represent. If you have source inspiration, great! If not, I take that information your personal style details into account to present some initial design ideas, just as I would with an in-person creation session.
Next, I’ll send you an up-to-date “menu” of our current chain and charm options. They're constantly changing, so this is something we use for virtual clients exclusively. Then, over a video call, I’ll show you the pieces you’ve noted you're drawn to - to scale - on my own wrist so you can really visualize how your piece will look. I’ll also take photos and text them to you in real-time so you can see everything in natural light (because let’s be real… Zoom lighting isn’t always the most flattering!).
Once we’ve chosen the perfect chain(s), we’ll move on to charms. You can always tweak or add charms later, but I’ll walk you through everything so you feel confident and excited about your design.
Once we’ve landed on the final design, I’ll start creating your piece and keep you updated with photos along the way until it's ready and in your hands. We continue to collaborate as the piece comes to life, and that part is so much fun for both of us!
